Infaro Hospitality Terms of Use

Infaro Hospitality ("the app", "the website", "the service") is a staff-management platform for hospitality venues operated by RGL Loans Pty Ltd (ABN 32 611 969 138), PO Box 391, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By signing in to the service you agree to these terms.
Accounts and access
- Accounts are created by a venue for its staff and managers. There is no public registration, and your access may be changed or removed by your venue at any time.
- You must keep your login details confidential and not share your account. Tell your manager immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
- You must only access records the service makes available to your role, and must not attempt to circumvent access controls.
Acceptable use
- The service must be used only for the ordinary administration of the venue's business: rostering, timesheets, leave, HR records, checklists and reporting.
- Information you submit (such as timesheets and leave requests) must be true and accurate.
- You must not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing material, or use the service to harass any person.
Workplace records
The service stores employment records on behalf of your venue. Your venue is responsible for the accuracy of the records it enters, for meeting its obligations as an employer (including under the Fair Work Act and applicable awards), and for its own decisions. Documents generated by the service — including employment-contract documents produced from templates — are general precedents provided for convenience and are not legal advice; venues should obtain their own advice before relying on them.
Third-party services
Where a venue connects Square or Xero, those services are provided under their own terms and the venue authorises the connection. We read data from those services to provide reporting and payroll synchronisation and are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to any guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including decisions a venue makes based on information in it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Infaro Hospitality Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
