1. Agreement
By using Tovu Health you agree to these terms. The app is provided by RGL Loans Pty Ltd (ABN 32 611 969 138).
2. What the app is — and isn't (important)
Tovu Health is a personal tracking and information tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI coach gives general information only and is not a doctor, dietitian, or other health professional. Always consult a qualified professional for medical decisions, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of what you enter. You must be at least 16 to use the app.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Tovu Health offers paid subscriptions across three tiers. Subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed through your Apple Account. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before it ends; you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you purchase. Payments are processed by Apple — we don't receive your card details. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Your data
You own the data you enter. How we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the app available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
